What type of information does Freedom Beyond Wealth gather?
When you create an inquiry with us we gather your personal information which may include your name, phone number(s), email address, and any other information that you willingly provide. If no services are rendered; your information may remain on file for up to thirty days before being deleted. If a service is rendered; your information will remain on file for up to sixty days after services have been completed.
How can I view/correct an inaccuracy in the information I provide?
Personal information will be available for viewing upon receiving express written consent and/or confirmation via phone, email, or text. At this time corrections can be made if there are any inaccuracies.
How does the Company protect my personal information?
In lieu of multiple national cyber attacks we decided to keep your personal information safe by avoiding compromising communication (financial account information, SSN, user names, password, etc.) via online and/or mobile mediums. By doing this we can almost ensure that your information would not be shared with unauthorized individuals.
What is Freedom Beyond Wealth policy regarding email/mobile communication?
Periodically you may receive emails regarding your plan details as well as information regarding the company (i.e. providing feedback, release of new articles, etc.). You can choose to opt out of such communication in which case another form of communication will be considered. No compromising personal information (financial account information, SSN, user names, password, etc.) would be sent via mobile communication unless requested to do so by client.
Does the Company provide links to other sites?
Links to other sites maybe provided under our “Recommended Resources” page. Other links (i.e. social media sites) are provided by our host site. Upon clicking outside links you become subject to their privacy policy.
What happens if changes are made to the Privacy Policy?
If changes are made to our Privacy Policy statement a mention of this would be sent either directly via email or on the Homepage of the company website or the “Articles” page on the company website.
